WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW.

Thanks to the hard work & resilience shown by our communities over the past 12 weeks, we are now able to open our doors to the public again 😊

We have been working hard to put various systems in place ready to keep everyone safe & do our bit to help prevent the community slipping back into any lockdown situations.

Because of this , visiting us is going to be a slightly different experience for a while.

You’ll still be greeted by the same smiley faces & a bit of Black Country humour of course.

Below are some of the important changes we have made that we’d like you to be aware of when visiting :

• Only 2 Customers Allowed Instore At A Time
  (1 Customer Can Incl A Couple Or An Adult With Children)
• One Way System Through The Shop In Place.
  Please Follow Arrows To The Left.
  *This is only when there are other people instore before you.
• If You Are Wishing To Supply Your Own Garments For Printing.
  Supplied Garments Need To Be NEW ITEMS OF CLOTHING in Bags.
  We cannot accept worn/2^nd Hand clothing at this time.
• Collections
  A Reminder – We Have A Collection Point At The Rear Of Our Shop In Tower Street. This Can Be Used To Collect Your Orders Easily (There Is Large FREE Car Park) & Will Also Help Limit The Number Of People Instore At Any One Time.
• All Items For Collection Will Be In Either Clear Polythene Bags Or Our Own Plastic Bags
  Please Take The Items Out Of The Bag Yourself To Inspect
• Printing Items ‘While You Wait
  If We Are Making/Printing Something While You Wait, Please Could You Either Wait Outside The Shop Until We Call You Back In. Or make sure you leave plenty of space for other people to come & go while you wait.

  It Is Only A Small Shop Space Unfortunately.

• Taking Your Item Home.
  We Recommend At This Time, Washing Your Purchase Before Using It.
• Contactless Payment Where Possible
  Please Take Any Opportunity To Pay Via Contactless Card Payment For Orders Under £45.
• Shop Hygiene & Cleanliness
  After Each Customer The Counter, Till , Card M/c & Door Handles Will Be Wiped Down With Sanitiser.
  There Will Also Be Hand Sanitiser Available On The Counter For Customers To Use.
• Opening Hours
  We will be working on slightly shorter opening times initially.
  Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm.
• Saturday’s
  We will remain CLOSED on Saturday’s for the remainder of June & hope to reinstate them in July.
